CART 351 - Final Project

In this project, Kim Sicotte and I used the EV building's bathroom graffitis to put up a gallery. We managed to classified them, partly illustrating how the (woman's) mind works behind the mask of anonymity. The wide diversity of this building's graffitis is quite surprising.

CART 351 - The Individual

In this assignment, Kim Sicotte and I tried to sensibilize people about virtual privacy in a humouristic way. We used the Google Image Search API, the Google Map API and the Twitter API and build something to show how easy it is to know a lot about one person when only having a few basic informations about them.

CART 351 - Networks as Infrastucture

In this assignment, I decided to render my original first project in a more interactive way. I limited the subject as to how I use online networks. I divided the interface in several sections, each website has its importance (to me) determined by its size. I used Facebook as the main point of the project because whether it be a good thing or not, this website tends to link to everything that I use the Internet for.

CART 351 - How I Use Networks

Seeing as the question does not ask for specific details about my usage of networks, I decided to generalize the process. I therefore divided my infographic into three sections: where I take the information, how I come to understand it along with the information I choose to share, and then the way I choose to share it. I believe this is a valid scheme for both online and offline networks.
